Is it possible to make an exchange or a return?

Trame Asolo creates products of high artistic craftsmanship and their processing requires research, precision, patience and time. For this reason, it is generally not possible to make returns or exchanges except in the condition in which the accessory or fabric has a production defect. In this case, the atelier will ask for a photo as evidence of the defect and will proceed to verify its responsibilities. It should be noted that an accurate quality control is carried out before any shipment in order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences and inconveniences for the customer. However, the atelier remains available through the contacts provided to you in case of special needs or specific requests.

How long does it take for delivery?

In regions covered by Franco Italia (from Trentino Alto Adige to Calabria excluded) shipments are expected in 2-3 working days. In Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the islands, shipments are expected in 3-5 working days, as well as for EU states. Trame Asolo also provides international shipments for which times may vary which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
